For a used car lot, it was absolutely great. No high pressure. Honest answers. Nice. Clean. And a good variety of vehicles to choose from. In need of a decent used car, look here 1st.

First place me and my family drove to when looking for a used car. There were multiple cars I wanted to look at there. Jeff was very friendly and showed us all of the cars that we wanted to see. He was honest and didn't try to force a purchase onto us like big dealerships do. It's a pretty nice and small car lot with good prices and honest salesmen. The car I bought came at a good price and drives very smoothly.

I hardly write reviews for businesses. However, my experience at 9th street auto deserves 5 stars and more! Jeff is honest which is rare in auto shops. He went above and beyond in our service. He is patient and answers every question without it feeling rushed and he is very knowledgeable!! He clearly cares about his customers and genuinely wants to help. His communication is fantastic. If you’re looking for a trustworthy auto shop, 9th street auto is definitely the place to go!! 🙂

I have dealt with Cody Thomason and 9th street auto many times. He/they have always been wonderful to work with. And more then fair with their pricing! I would recommend them for a great deal w a family atmosphere. An honest and enjoyable place to do business!!

Not only did Jeff sell me a great car he has wonderful customer service. 10/10 experience
